God is steadfast in love and infinite in mercy, welcoming sinners and inviting them to the Lord’s table.
Let us confess our sins in penitence and faith, confident in God’s forgiveness.
Merciful God, our maker and our judge, we have sinned against you in thought, word and deed, and in what we have failed to do: we have not loved you with our whole heart; we have not loved our neighbours as ourselves; we repent and are sorry for all our sins , Father forgive us, strengthen us to love and obey you in newness of life; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

THE FIRST READING
A reading from the book of
ISAIAH
They will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, to display his glory.
They shall build up the ancient ruins, they shall raise up the former devastations; they shall repair the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations.
For I the Lord love justice, I hate robbery and wrongdoing; I will faithfully give them their recompense, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.
Their descendants shall be known among the nations, and their offspring among the peoples; all who see them shall acknowledge that they are a people whom the Lord has blessed.
I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my whole being shall exult in my God; for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation, he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
For as the earth brings forth its shoots, and as a garden causes what is sown in it to spring up, so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring up before all the nations.

Glory to you, Lord Jesus Christ.
This is the testimony given by John when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, “Who are you?” He confessed and did not deny it, but confessed, “I am not the Messiah.” And they asked him, “What then? Are you Elijah?” He said, “I am not.” “Are you the prophet?” He answered, “No.” Then they said to him, “Who are you? Let us have an answer for those who sent us. What do you say about yourself?” He said, “I am the voice of one crying out in the wilderness, ‘Make straight the way of the Lord,’” as the prophet Isaiah said. Now they had been sent from the Pharisees. They asked him, “Why then are you baptizing if you are neither the Messiah, nor Elijah, nor the prophet?” John answered them, “I baptize with water. Among you stands one whom you do not know, the one who is coming after me; I am not worthy to untie the thong of his sandal.” This took place in Bethany across the Jordan where John was baptizing.

We do not presume to come to your table, merciful Lord, trusting in our own righteousness, but in your manifold and great mercies. We are not worthy so much as to gather up the crumbs under your table, but you are the same Lord whose nature is always to have mercy. Grant us, therefore, gracious Lord, so to eat the flesh of your dear son Jesus Christ, and to drink his blood, that we may evermore dwell in him and he in us. Amen.

As we offer you this our sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving, we bring before you this bread and this cup and we thank you for counting us worthy to stand in your presence and serve you. After Communion, there is time for silent prayer and meditation.
THE THANKSGIVING
Let us pray.
Father of all we give you thanks and praise that when we were still far off you met us in your Son and brought us home. Dying and living, he declared your love, gave us grace, and opened the gate of glory. May we who share Christ’s body live his risen life; we who drink his cup bring life to others; we whom the Spirit lights give light to the world.
Keep us in this hope that we have grasped; so we and all your children shall be free, and the whole earth live to praise your name.
Father, we offer ourselves to you as a living sacrifice through Jesus Christ our Lord. Send us out in the power of your Spirit to live and work to your praise and glory.
The peace of God, which passes all understanding, keep your hearts and minds in the knowledge and love of God, and of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord: and the blessing of God almighty, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit , be amongst you and remain with you always.

1พระวิญญาณแห่งองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าสถิตอยู่บนข้าพเจ้า เพราะว่าพระเยโฮวาห์ได้ทรงเจิมตั้งข้าพเจ้าไว้ให้ประกาศข่าวประเสริฐมายังผู้ที่ถ่อมใจ พระองค์ได้ทรงใช้ข้าพเจ้าให้รักษาคนที่ชอกช้ำระกำใจ ให้ร้องประกาศอิสรภาพแก่บรรดาเชลย และบอกการเปิดเรือนจำออกให้แก่ผู้ที่ถูกจำจอง
2เพื่อประกาศปีแห่งความโปรดปรานของพระเยโฮวาห์ และวันแห่งการแก้แค้นของพระเจ้าของเรา เพื่อเล้าโลมบรรดาผู้ที่ไว้ทุกข์
3เพื่อจัดให้บรรดาผู้ที่ไว้ทุกข์ในศิโยน เพื่อประทานความสวยงามแทนขี้เถ้าให้เขา น้ำมันแห่งความยินดีแทนการไว้ทุกข์ ผ้าห่มแห่งการสรรเสริญแทนจิตใจที่ท้อถอย เพื่อคนจะเรียกเขาว่าต้นไม้แห่งความชอบธรรม ที่ซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์ทรงปลูกไว้ เพื่อพระองค์จะทรงได้รับสง่าราศี
4เขาทั้งหลายจะสร้างที่ที่ถูกทิ้งไว้เสียเปล่าแต่โบราณขึ้นใหม่ เขาจะก่อซากปรักหักพังแต่ก่อนขึ้นมาอีก เขาจะซ่อมหัวเมืองที่ถูกทิ้งไว้เสียเปล่านั้น คือที่ที่รกร้างมาหลายชั่วอายุคนแล้ว
8เพราะเราคือพระเยโฮวาห์รักความยุติธรรม เราเกลียดการขโมยเพื่อได้เครื่องเผาบูชา เราจะนำกิจการของเขาด้วยความจริง และเราจะกระทำพันธสัญญานิรันดร์กับเขา

11เพราะแผ่นดินโลกได้เกิดหน่อของมัน และสวนทำให้สิ่งที่หว่านในนั้นงอกขึ้นมาฉันใด องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าจะทรงทำให้ความชอบธรรมและความสรรเสริญงอกขึ้นมาต่อหน้าบรรดาประชาชาติฉันนั้น

6มีชายคนหนึ่งที่พระเจ้าทรงใช้มา ชื่อยอห์น 7ท่านผู้นี้มาเพื่อเป็นพยาน เพื่อเป็นพยานถึงความสว่างนั้น เพื่อคนทั้งปวงจะได้มีความเชื่อเพราะท่าน 8ท่านไม่ใช่ความสว่างนั้น แต่ทรงใช้มาเพื่อเป็นพยานถึงความสว่างนั้น

Let us pray
We do not presume to come to your table, merciful Lord, trusting in our own righteousness, but in your manifold and great mercies. We are not worthy so much as to gather up the crumbs under your table, but you are the same Lord whose nature is always to have mercy. Grant us, therefore, gracious Lord, so to eat the flesh of your dear son Jesus Christ, and to drink his blood, that we may evermore dwell in him and he in us. Amen.

As we offer you this our sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving, we bring before you this bread and this cup and we thank you for counting us worthy to stand in your presence and serve you. After Communion, there is time for silent prayer and meditation.
THE THANKSGIVING
Let us pray.
Father of all we give you thanks and praise that when we were still far off you met us in your Son and brought us home. Dying and living, he declared your love, gave us grace, and opened the gate of glory. May we who share Christ’s body live his risen life; we who drink his cup bring life to others; we whom the Spirit lights give light to the world.
Keep us in this hope that we have grasped; so we and all your children shall be free, and the whole earth live to praise your name.
Father, we offer ourselves to you as a living sacrifice through Jesus Christ our Lord. Send us out in the power of your Spirit to live and work to your praise and glory.
The peace of God, which passes all understanding, keep your hearts and minds in the knowledge and love of God, and of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord: and the blessing of God almighty, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit , be amongst you and remain with you always.
